Synopsis:
Another adventurous exploration by ECNAD's Artistic Director Tan How Choon in original song creations through interaction with Malaysian cafe singer Gynette Quek. The sound of Gynette's voice is inspiring How Choon to continue his voice and song explorations which he began since 2004 In addition to performing existing songs created by How Choon, Gynette will also be performing new songs that they have created together as well as the "accidental" songs created during the improvisation process. Michelle Ang has been dancing since her university days. She started her dance training at ECNAD in 2006 and is currently a music teacher in the school. She performed in a multi-disciplinary performance In The Name Of Dance(2008), directed by How Choon. In In The Name Of Dance, she performed weird 'musical-like' style of performance with the professional casts in singing, dancing and acting. Her performance took her friends and audiences by surprise. Living With...Gynette and Michelle is a special arrangement by How Choon that brings together the singing talent of Gynette and piano music talent of Michelle.
